Porciones: 4INGREDIENTES
- 4 duraznos medianos y maduros
- 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado
- 2 tazas de leche (500cc.)
- 1 cucharadita de miel
- 2 manzanas
- Azúcar a gusto
- Cubos de hielo
PREPARACION
Poner los duraznos pelados y sin carozos en el vaso de la licuadora.
Agregarle el jengibre rallado que queda muy bien con el durazno.
Las manzanas peladas y cortadas.
Azúcar a gusto y la miel.
Por último agregarle la leche y licuar hasta que quede una mezcla pareja y se haya extraído todo el jugo de las frutas.
Agregarle cubos de hielo a gusto y licuar nuevamente.
Verter en los vasos y tomar bien frío
