* 8 huevos* 400 gramos azúcar granulada
* 1 cuchara vainilla
* 1/2 litro coñac
Preparación
Bata los huevos con el azúcar y la vainilla a "baño María" hasta que entibie, retire y bata por 10 minutos más hasta que la mezcla esté fría y espumosa. Agregue el licor poco a poco, siempre batiendo. Ponga nuevamente a "baño María", batiendo siempre hasta que se entibie.
Aparte del fuego, vierta en botellas muy limpias anjuagadas con un poco de alcohol blanco. Tápelas herméticamente con corcho. Sirva como crema después de una cena.
Puede guardar mucho tiempo, porque se conserva muy bien.
